BHEL Artisan Eligibility Criteria 2025
To be eligible for the BHEL Artisan Recruitment 2025, candidates must fulfill the following criteria as of July 1, 2025.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed Class 10th (Matriculation) and hold a National Trade Certificate (NTC/ITI) as well as a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the relevant trade.
- General/OBC: A minimum of 60% marks is required in both the NTC/ITI and NAC.
- SC/ST: A minimum of 55% marks is required in both the NTC/ITI and NAC.
Age Limit
- General/EWS: The maximum age is 27 years.
- OBC (NCL): The maximum age is 30 years.

BHEL Artisan Selection Process and Salary 2025

Selected candidates will initially be appointed as temporary employees for one year, receiving a consolidated monthly stipend. Upon successful completion of this period, they will be regularized as Artisan Grade-IV with a pay scale of ₹29,500 to ₹65,000.
