BSF Constable Tradesman Eligibility Criteria 2025
Educational Qualification
For Trades like Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Painter, Upholsterer, Pump Operator:
- 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board
- And any one of the following:
- 2-year ITI certificate in the relevant trade
- OR 1-year ITI or vocational training with 1-year work experience
For Other Trades like Washerman, Barber, Tailor, Sweeper, Cobbler, Khoji/Syce:
- 10th Pass (Matriculation) from a recognized board
Age Limit (as on 24-08-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per BSF norms for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories
